HI, I'm Janet! I'm really excited to share my recipes with you. I've been cooking and baking in my home, exploring recipes and mashing some together for well over a decade. Thanks to #Quarantine2020, I decided to start the #whole30athome, and I'm excited to share my whole30 recipes with you. Don't worry, I'll mix it up because my kitchen is rarely completely whole30. Due to allergies, my kitchen is ALWAYS gluten and nut free. In general, I use coconut and oat milk, so I won't have many recipes for those nut lovers out there, but will make sure to get you delicious variety! I hope you enjoy these recipes, take what you like, leave what you don't and enjoy some allergy friendly meals with plenty of options.
